These terms govern access to the Carthage Surgery and Anaesthesia website and enquiries about online anaesthesia preparation, surgical or medical guidance in Tunisia, and assisted reproduction pathway support. By using the website, you accept these terms.

2. Medical information and service limits

General website content is for information only. Browsing the website or sending an initial message does not by itself create a diagnosis, prescription or doctor–patient relationship.

An online preparation consultation may complement your care, but never replaces an in-person clinical examination, the mandatory pre-anaesthetic assessment with the anaesthesiologist responsible for your care, or decisions made by your surgical team.

3. Emergencies

The website, email and WhatsApp are not emergency services. For an emergency, severe symptoms or rapid deterioration, immediately contact local emergency services or go to the nearest healthcare facility.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and current information.
• Disclose medication, allergies, medical history and any significant change.
• Do not change or stop treatment without approval from the professional responsible for your care.
• Follow the final instructions of your anaesthesiologist, surgeon and healthcare facility.
• Do not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that compromises its security.

5. Appointments, fees and cancellations

Availability, format, fees, payment and any cancellation terms are provided before a service is confirmed. A request sent through WhatsApp or email does not automatically guarantee an appointment. No payment is currently collected through this website.

6. Guidance and third parties

Guidance is intended to help identify a specialty, professional or facility in Tunisia. It does not guarantee availability, admission, a quotation or a medical outcome. Doctors, clinics, assisted reproduction centres and other providers remain responsible for their own acts, decisions, fees and terms.

7. External links and services

The website may link to WhatsApp, email services or third-party websites. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Their own terms apply.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, graphics, structure and visual identity are protected. Substantial reproduction, commercial reuse or modification without prior permission is prohibited.
